Epping Signal Cabin became redundant in 1996
when re-signalling of the Central Line was completed. Since
2001 CHTL has leased the Signal Cabin - we hope to restore the

Schoma diesels 2 and 8 at Ruislip depot 22nd June 2002. A fleet of diesel locomotives were acquired in the mid 1990s and used during the construction of the Jubilee Line extension. They have since been used alongside the battery locomotives on infrastructure work across the network.

1972 I TS at Hainault in January 2002. Withdrawn from service on the Northern Line cars of 72 TS have been stored at Hainault since 2001. At one time it was thought that they might be refurbished for further use on the Waterloo & City Line, allowing that line's fleet of 92 TS to join the rest on the Central Line. Most of the cars were removed early in 2004. By Summer 2005 only three now remain, DM 3511, trailer 4511 and UNDM 3411, all now severly vandalised (below).
C Stock and A Stock at Rickmansworth sidings A display of rolling stock in Rickmansworth sidings was usually a feature of the Steam on the Met events.
D Stock in Rickmansworth sidings
K1 62005 and cl 20 locomotive 20 227 pass Rickmansworth BR class 20 locomotives arrived on LUL in the early 1990s when they were used to power infrastructure trains as an experiment.
20 227 passes Rickmansworth at the rear of an Amersham train. 20 227 was used to provide air breaking for SOM event and by 2000 had been repainted into an unauthentic but attractive Metropolitan railway maroon.
